Everything a finance team needs to get onto Rillet — and stay ahead on it.

Six service lines, one senior team. Most clients start with a migration and stay for managed support; some start with a rescue. All of it is scoped in writing before it starts.

Cutover

Migration & implementation

The full cutover, run to a dated plan. We handle chart of accounts redesign, entity and dimension structure, historical data conversion, integration build, parallel close and go-live — then stay through two live closes.

Fixed fee, quoted after a paid assessment. If our scope is wrong, that is our problem, not a change order.

  • 24–36 months of historical GL loaded and tied out period by period
  • Open AR, AP, prepaids, accruals and fixed assets converted with supporting schedules
  • Reporting pack rebuilt: board deck, management P&L, cash flow, ARR and cohort views
  • Written close checklist, role-based approvals and segregation of duties
  • Documentation and recorded training handed over at go-live

Single-entity SaaS migration

Duration6 weeks
Source systemNetSuite
History converted24 months
Integrations5–7
Parallel closes1 full month
Indicative fee$20k–$30k

Indicative only. Multi-entity, usage-based billing and poor source data move this range. Your assessment produces a firm number.

Subscription

Ratable recognition, mid-term upgrades, co-terming and proration.

Usage-based

Metered consumption, minimum commits, overage and true-ups.

Hybrid & services

Multi-element arrangements, SSP allocation, milestone delivery.

Audit support

Methodology memo, walkthroughs and evidence packs for your auditors.

Technical accounting

Revenue recognition

This is the part that sinks migrations. Contract data is inconsistent, the existing waterfall lives in a spreadsheet somebody built four years ago, and nobody wants to be the person who restates.

We rebuild schedules natively in Rillet, reconcile them against your existing waterfall line by line, and document the treatment in a memo written for your audit file. Deferred revenue rollforward ties before we let you go live.

Data

Integrations & data engineering

A ledger is only as good as what flows into it. We build, test and monitor the connections — and we own them afterwards, so a silent sync failure is our page, not yours.

CRM & billing

Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe — order-to-cash mapped end to end.

Spend & payroll

Ramp, Brex, Rippling, expense and card programmes coded at source.

Banking

Plaid connections with ML matching rules tuned to your transaction mix.

Warehouse & BI

Snowflake or BigQuery sync so finance and analytics report the same numbers.

Custom API work

Where no native connector exists, we build against the REST API with retry handling, rate-limit awareness and alerting.

Data quality

Customer and vendor de-duplication, dimension normalisation, and a mapping document you can actually read.

Monitoring

Daily sync checks with exception alerts routed to a shared channel — before month end, not during it.

Ongoing

Managed services and outsourced accounting

Two subscriptions that pick up where the implementation ends. Take one, both, or neither.

Managed Rillet

Your admin team, on subscription

Configuration changes, new entities and dimensions, new integrations, user and permission management, release readiness, and a quarterly optimisation review with your controller.

  • Named consultant, shared Slack channel, same-day response
  • Monthly hours pool that rolls over within the quarter
  • Change log and documentation kept current

From $3,500 / month

Outsourced accounting

From staff accountant to fractional controller

Transaction processing, AP and AR runs, reconciliations, month-end close, flux analysis and board reporting — performed inside your Rillet instance, using your close checklist.

  • US-based, CPA-supervised, no offshore hand-offs
  • Scales up for audit and diligence, down when you hire
  • Clean hand-back: your data, your instance, your documentation

From $6,000 / month

Recovery

Diagnostic & remediation

Sometimes the call comes in week fourteen of a six-week project. Sometimes it comes eighteen months after go-live, when the reports stopped tying and nobody knows why.

Either way the first step is the same: two weeks, fixed fee, to audit what exists. You get a written finding covering configuration, data integrity, integrations, revenue treatment and close process — with a costed remediation plan you are free to execute with anyone.
