One platform. Senior people. No hand-offs.
Kyletta exists because ERP consulting has a staffing problem: you buy the partner and get the graduate. We built the firm the other way round.
Founded by people who had done it the slow way
Our founding team spent years inside legacy ERP implementations — the nine-month projects, the change orders, the scripts written to work around a product decision made in 2006. We watched capable finance teams spend more time maintaining their system than using it.
When a genuinely AI-native ledger arrived, the constraint moved. The software could close the books continuously; the bottleneck was now migration craft — data conversion, revenue treatment, integration design, and the discipline to redesign rather than replicate.
So we built a firm that does only that. One platform, so our people get deep instead of broad. Senior-only delivery, so the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. Fixed fees, so the incentive to stretch a timeline simply is not there.
Four commitments we will hold ourselves to
Fixed fee, or no fee
We quote after an assessment. If we scoped it wrong, we absorb it. Change orders are for scope you add, not scope we missed.
Senior only
Every engagement is led by a consultant with ERP migrations behind them. Nobody learns on your ledger.
Written, always
Design decisions, revenue treatment and data mappings are documented as we go. You own the documentation.
Honest scoping
If Rillet is the wrong fit for you, we will say so in the assessment and refund the difference. It has happened.
We hire experienced people and leave them alone
No pyramid, no utilisation targets that force bad scoping, no travel expectation. If you have run ERP implementations and are tired of selling hours, we should talk.

No sales engineer, no discovery deck. A consultant, your ledger, and a straight conversation about whether this makes sense.
