What happens next

Three steps, no theatre

1 · A real conversation

Forty-five minutes with the consultant who would run your project. Not a qualification call.

2 · A written assessment

One to two weeks reviewing your ledger, contracts and integrations. Fixed fee, credited if you proceed.

3 · A dated, fixed-fee plan

A go-live date, a firm number, and the exit criteria for every phase in between.

The form is the fastest route in — it reaches a consultant directly, not a shared inbox.

Common questions

Is the assessment worth paying for if we are only exploring?

Yes — that is exactly when it is most useful. It tells you whether a migration is a six-week or a six-month problem for your specific data, which is the number you need to decide anything. It is credited against implementation if you proceed.

Can you work with our auditors?

We do on most engagements. Revenue methodology memos, walkthroughs and evidence packs are standard deliverables, and we will join the calls.

Do you do fractional CFO work?

No. We do implementation, managed administration and accounting operations. We are happy to refer you to fractional CFOs we have worked alongside.

What if we decide to stay on our current ERP?

Then the assessment saved you a bad project. We will tell you that plainly if it is what the data says.
